Friendly employees
Beware, if you buy a vehicle from an individual who has it financed through Wells Fargo, it is a major ordeal to get the title. I will never again purchase a vehicle that is financed through Wells Fargo.
Very unhappy actually frustrated with your teller she told me no! Horrible customer service I would have expected a polite response but flat out no also mind you it’s a bank and she literally said I could not exchange a hundred dollar bill for a 50 two 20s and a 10 simple right not for her I just finished a deposit and she willingly told me no to exchanging my money. Beyond livid. 8/1/25 11:00am. Fire her!
Sara was rude as a teller. It was obvious a new person was being trained. The wait time just to get to the front was long and the person in front of me left out of frustration. I waited for a long time to just deposit a check and even though I deposit every month the same thing for the same amount she wanted to hold me until she called my bank before finalizing the deposit.
