Always a pleasure dealing with Chander! Unrelated to my experiences in the branch, but the new “layout” is a total whiff. Not sure of the thought process that went into the change, but I liked the old branch interior layout significantly better. This branch lobby can get busy at times now that they closed down the drive thru teller window and there appears to be a sitting area right in front of where the line queue should be for the teller. Just one customer’s opinion.
Only one old, minimalistic and slow atm(that doesn’t work half the time). Forcing you to go inside, when you go inside be prepared to wait for atleast 15min on average.
My Father drove here to deposit his check today. He worked hard labor construction all the way up in Princeton, NJ. He was so concerned with getting here before they closed. Well he made it twenty minutes before closing. There was one teller and a manager walking back and forth. The line only had two people ahead of him. A Latina woman was being helped by the teller.
