I can see why this branch has so bad review the staff isn't the friendlies. And not very helpful either or at least the person that "assited" me.
I went in for a solution and was met with NO over and over. One banker behind the other explained, we can’t do that, you need a manager, the manager is booked all day. The puppet at the computer, that’s something we can’t do. No. No. No. I left, went to the branch in the historic area and was met with yes. No appointment? No problem. Let’s see what we can do. Task completed.
