The staff is always friendly and quick to help me. They know me by name and are willing to assist in anything I need.
Worst online automated service.. what happened to just being able to talk to someone and when it did she was rude and didn't wait on me to finish she just pushed me through to this automated service that you can never get the help you need
Probably the worst branch in savannah, being a customer for over 12 yrs now and will be switching banks. The competence level from employees is equivalent to a 3rd grade class strung out on mountain dew.
The tellers here at this location are rude especially a lady name Cleo who was helping me today, she didn’t even thank me for coming in and was telling me not to do something I have been doing over a year I have been with this bank that I have never not been told to do. Then not so nicely gave me my ID back and my bag. I told her I will not be back to this location and she didn’t even apologize or try to get me to come back she just said okay.
