This institution is terrible. Terrible service long waits to see a banker and no compassion for what your needs are. If you bank with Wells Fargo do not go to this location it is absolutely terrible.
Thank you for rescuing our group of 7 during yesterday afternoon's cloudburst, not only inviting us inside when we were huddled in the doorway, but also providing us with plastic bags that we used as rain ponchos for our onward walk. Service and hospitality above and beyond!
WARNING TO WELLS FARGO CREDIT CARD HOLDERS: If a cashier steals your WF credit card and uses it and if you report, it and the police catch the perp, then Wells Fargo Fraud Unit informs me that you are out of luck. You must prosecute the perp, go to small claims court and petition for a refund.
