My son & I had to go in to remove my older son from my joint account (he just passed away 22 days ago) and add my other son in his place and the customer service was amazing. Raul is the person we dealt with and he was very compassionate, knowledgeable, helpful and made everything go so smoothly. I have never had a bad experience at this branch. Very pleased with the service I received. Thank you.
Went to make a deposit which included change-teller had me get out of line and refused the deposit unless the change was rolled.
Most of the time it's 5 . Occasionally they're busy. I wanted once for 5 mins to talk to a rep, was ignored, they could have said give me 5-10 mins. And only one rep working. But the other 9 times we've been in there everything was running smoothly and no hassles.
