You works very hard at nights and cannot go to the bank in daytime. ATM has been out of service for five nights in a row now. Now late paying bill. Just close down already, who are you trying to fool. Please place new bank on top of this ones.
My son & I had to go in to remove my older son from my joint account (he just passed away 22 days ago) and add my other son in his place and the customer service was amazing. Raul is the person we dealt with and he was very compassionate, knowledgeable, helpful and made everything go so smoothly. I have never had a bad experience at this branch. Very pleased with the service I received. Thank you.
