Went to make a deposit which included change-teller had me get out of line and refused the deposit unless the change was rolled.
Most of the time it's 5 . Occasionally they're busy. I wanted once for 5 mins to talk to a rep, was ignored, they could have said give me 5-10 mins. And only one rep working. But the other 9 times we've been in there everything was running smoothly and no hassles.

This location refused banking services without an appointment although there was not any customers in the bank or in the drive through at the time. The next appointment was booked for 30 minutes later which left plenty of time to complete a new account. Consider taking your business to a more friendly and attentive bank.
