You can’t ever reach anyone on the phone. I am trying to open a safe deposit box. I set up an appointment with someone and then was on time to the appointment only to find out that the person I was supposed to meet with took the day off. I not only wasted my day but the person has still not reached out to me and now it’s going on 6 weeks. They went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism.
