I as a realtor of 25 years can say that the reps they have in this bank are not capable of providing the customer care that is needed. One of the female loan officers Morsal had an attitude in which she thought she was better than everyone. Provided absolutely no help and was only looking to make commission. Most of the time she is on her phone texting. I would stray away from using this bank for any reason whatsoever.
Worst loan officers DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Especially the one young lady who has absolutely the worst attitude.
You can’t ever reach anyone on the phone. I am trying to open a safe deposit box. I set up an appointment with someone and then was on time to the appointment only to find out that the person I was supposed to meet with took the day off. I not only wasted my day but the person has still not reached out to me and now it’s going on 6 weeks.
