I had a great meeting today with Pat Hartnett to learn about HELOCs. Mrs. Hartnett took all the time I needed to understand these kinds of loans, as well as various other kinds of loans Wells Fargo offers. She's a complete pro at finance. She even gave me some insights into the housing market in general, which is in a tough time right now. At no point did I feel pressured to take out any loans or anything I wasn't comfortable with.
