Very pleasant experience. Maginda went above and beyond today to help me with a business banking request (that I had previously taken to another bank and was told that they couldn't help me). Highly recommend this branch!
My friend went in today to withdraw money from his checking account. The banker asked him why he was withdrawing the money, which was already inappropriate. He calmly replied, “personal matters.” Instead of processing the request, the banker told him, “YOU NEED TO LEAVE,” with no explanation. When my friend politely asked why, the banker repeated, “YOU NEED TO LEAVE NOW.” My friend was shocked by how hostile and dismissive this was.
