Bad Service
Terrible service. I would rather go to the Wells Fargo branch on 11th Street than come here. The staff here are rude, while the other branch is helpful and friendly.
Very good service
After having a really bad experience with the WF on 11th st in Tracy, I decided to drive to this location. As I walked in a really nice lady named Suzanne walked over to me and asked me what I needed to do. I explained my situtation and she said please give me 5 minutes and I will be with you. She Promptly came back and helped me and within 20 minutes she resolved my issue. Thank you Suzanne for the Great customer service.
