We’ve had a Mortgage with this Bank for a long time & thought we could have gotten a better deal with our last refinance, but now that the interest rates ate very low (September 2021) we gave them another chance, & caught them lying about refinancing issues that we brought up! Do not go with this Bank for Mortgages - we went with Quicken Loans/Rocket Mortgage & they treated us with a lot more respect!
