I called several times needing help with my account and each time was on the phone for over 30 minutes, and wasn’t ever even able to speak to a representative, all so the automated voice would end the call. Incredibly frustrating!
They are really great and Friendly. Always on time. 3 years ago, I was telling you how Wells Fargo was great but now I reconsidered my decision. I moved out the US, and I have been encountering many problems with them since. I received an email that my account is inactive. I am outside US, there is no ATM branch. You go to a sit down banker for help when charges are not follow. Not watch some itch get frustrated and roll her eyes at you when you have a question. Then tell you she only has 30 mins to help like she is doing you a favor. I did all the work on the charges that were made. She just had to make sure I did and help to block them to make charges. She did neither. I left more frustrated than when I came in.
Horrible customer service here, decent decoration, if you do not have an appointment get lost basically
