I more-or-less agree with Mr. Kittleson. I found the teller very friendly but not very effective. Ii started as I pulled into the drive-thru on a motorcycle and she started barking orders. Of course, I can't understand one word of orders while I 'm wearing a helmet. Then I get the paperwork and have to pull way from the drive-thru to sit on the grass and complete all my forms. A different branch yelled at me for taking too long. After a second trip though the drive-thru, my cards came back jammed onto their tube. The friendl... read more

Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Wells Fargo to date. I’ve had bad experiences in the past but this tops them all. Rude unprofessional staff, Wells Fargo should be ashamed of these employees time to clean house! -5 stars not available. Soon to be ex-wells Fargo customer
Very friendly and great customer service at this branch. I frequently choose this one over others in Nampa for that purpose. Often quick and efficient in and out.
