If you have ANY questions about any of your accounts I do not recommend this branch. I have been here 3 times with three different situations. All three times no one at the counter was qualified to answer my questions. The "bankers" were busy even though there were empty offices and no other customers in the building. I was given a 1-800 number to call. After 45 minutes of the que I had to end my attempt to speak to a person. I ran out of time. Another lunch break completely wasted.
If this could be a zero it would be. Customer no service. No greeting on arrival (came in to see a banker). Hanging near door/banker area till someone happened by. No banker OR manager available in the middle of the day on a Monday ?!? One banker laughing loudly over some late night tattoo story rather than doing business…they too were “busy”. Unbelievable. Embarrassing.
This place is actual trash…the lady’s rude as can be and slower then 3rd grade class. And her customer service skills lack more then my patience for this place. Wells Fargo is trash especially this one
ERICKA is the absolute worst customer service rep I’ve ever encountered.. Rude,uneducated, disrespectful. Its employees like her that make me want to take my money elsewhere … Please do better
Would not attend me. Door was opened to bank was opened. I walked in. People just stared at me. Before long an lady told me I wasn’t allowed inside.The employees did not assist me. I just think you Should not have the front door open if you’re going to kick someone out of the bank. Had to get back in my car and use drive thru which took so long!! Bad experience!
