Very displeased with my service here. I was more told what I could not be done other than what could be done for me. I should not have to argue with banker Matthew Ingber and manager Laura in order to have a simple request processed for me. I have always had pleasant experiences with Wells Fargo by far the worst I have ever had.
Came at 2 pm on Monday to ask a couple of questions being their client. Only one manager was working. Another one was in the room talking on phone, not paying attention to clients who needed help. Waited for half an hour, the manager still was not available. Left very disappointed!
The Service I Received Today From Terez Cooper Was Friendly Fast & Professional. I Would Recommend This Young Lady For All Your Personal Banking Needs. This Was My Absolute First Time In This Particular Branch.
