So I have just had a wonderful experience with Katie Brunton. When I walked in I was already rushing to get on to the road and so accidentally broke my mask. Katie immediately got up and offered another with a smile while making me laugh. I knew I had to see a banker and so I asked if she could get me a temporary card. Luckily she had just finished her last task because she then told me that normally I need an appointment but she could help. Easy access safe and a great staff !
Nothing like being abandoned as a small business owner..... this PPP program has been a mess from you guys... weeks after it was announced still sending emails that it is coming, but I might want to find another bank.
I’m writing this review because of the other reviews that made me hesitant to go to this location. Lol I went on a Tuesday(today) at around 11am... immediately I was greeted at the door by Jamie and a partner next to her(didn’t grab her name). They were VERY friendly and ask me how my day was and what brought me into the location. I needed a cashiers check so they directed me to the counter teller, Holly, who greeted me with a smile on her face. Customer service is Great. Grounds and interior are nice. The only couple of issues with this branch is it is hard to get in to the parking lot and the park8ng is very limited
