I liked them at first and always talked so highly of this particular location until the day I went in and I was sent to a banker who had no idea what she was talking about. I wasted 20 -25 minutes until she called another banker to help her then later told me I would have to wait for a letter 5-7 business days in the mail. Went over to Listerhill Credit Union directly afterwards and they fixed me up immediately.
