We went in branch to set up payment. She would not help us. Need to work on customer service.

What a joke these people take your money out of the account and won't put it back
Absolutely horrible customer service. I have been with them before and they were not the greatest. Just tried to inquire about the home project credit cards they will not answer any questions over the phone. Who wants to take time off work to inquire about something you don't even know will fit your needs.
All of the tellers are the best! The only reason people have problems here is if they don’t have the right info/security stiff or if they are trying to do something sketchy.
