I'd called there to see about a notary. And was told they had a notary there, I was not told I had to set an appointment over the phone, so I traveled over an hour and a 1/2 to get to this location where there was a notary, just be turned away. And told they would have to schedule for the next week when I had to have papers done that day, because my work schedule, so I ended up having to pay extra money for a private notary. These people are horrible I will be switching my bank asap I don’t know who I was talking to but they transferred me to somebody else while I was in the middle of talking then the women I got transferred to said she couldn’t help me then I got transferred again and the women was rude because I had questions about my account then I asked for a supervisor and they refused to give me one and said “ they are just gonna say the same thing I am saying “ then she hung up
