I had a wonderful visit at this location with Angela mashburn..she was very professional and friendly and was great to work with.. at the North point Mall location.... I highly recommend.. sincerely Adam...
Prompt greeting always and caring staff
So you can only get change from twell Fargo if you have an I.D. AND Bank with them it's a stupid new rule. Closing my account at least st Delta. If you forget your stuff, you can put in your info, and it shows you. Terrible customer service also. Went to Target to get some 5's and 10's no I.d. needed closing my account tomorrow
Terrible customer service. This branch denied to help because it was close to closing time. I came 15 min before closing. I was told to wait. I waited for about 7-10 min. By the time they could help, they told me to make an appointment at another day. I bank with Truist but was NEVER denied a service.
