This bank is horrible. Go to chase
The older gentleman manager is very respectful and nice to deal with. However the lady who manages withdrawals is the opposite. Had to go through an 30 interrogation to withdrawl money and told I wasn’t answering her questions properly. Had all the proper info and ID, never had this issue at another Wells Fargo branch. Won’t be coming back to this branch
No matter what you need, this branch finds ways to be slow and unprepared. 3 years and counting. I avoid this branch as much as I can but once in a while I forget and get reminded how bad they are.
