Awful, Awful, Awful!!!!! I had such a terrible experience at this bank today. I went there to open a new business account. I was a walk in and they were busy. Yolanda ( I believe that was her name) approached me and told me that there would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. I said no problem. An hour went by. There was another walk in that came in after me. impossible to get thru the automated phone system, infuriating how much time is required to speak to a representative. Interest rates with WF are nearly zero when brokerages pay 3-4%. the WF reply tells me what to do to go deeper into this rat's nest. If WF truly cares about improving their business, they will act on it. Their reply on various factors is total BS.
