This Wells Fargo has some major laziness issues. Nearst locations to us, however we stopped using. At first we thought they had an off day, but it's been several visits, and (no joke, no exaggeration) every visit we get turned away, delayed, or some excuse why they aren't available, cannot help us; or today, just dont want to open a new account, or not for several hours, by appointment only, etc. We are sitting confused asking ourselves, don't they want to do their job? Awful, Awful, Awful!!!!! I had such a terrible experience at this bank today. I went there to open a new business account. I was a walk in and they were busy. Yolanda ( I believe that was her name) approached me and told me that there would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. I said no problem. An hour went by. There was another walk in that came in after me.
