Horrible experience at this location. We were super excited to open up our son’s first checking account. Came in and right away asking us if we had an appointment, why we didn’t have one, and we should have made one. I’m sorry, I remember the days when banks actually had employees and offered in house services. Then one of the bankers comes out and tells us there’s no time to setup a profile and we’ll have to come back (it was 4:20PM). The worst branch of all time, I went to this branch to deposit a check and the manager made me use the ATM, the result is that it's been 7 days and they still haven't released my deposit, and look, I've been a customer of this bank for 5 years, all my deposits are released the next day, but this agency itself is seizing and using my money without my consent.
Do not use this particular branch unless you have a bunch of money. I walked in did not get greeted. Three other people walked in and were greeted by name, asked if he could help, if they needed anything. I eventually got no help and walked out. So unless you are known by this branch, good luck!!
Walked in on a Friday afternoon (around 3:15) and was greeted by a super nice gentleman. He asked what he could help us with and I explained I would like to open an account for my minor daughter. He checked with Zach and he welcomed us into his office after a short wait due to helping another customer. He was so friendly, helpful, excited, and just all around great. Your manager is an inconsiderate, immature rude person. You are in the business of customers service. If you can't treat people with kindness then get out of the business. My wife walked in without an appointment to get something notarized. Aware that there may be a wait. You don't tell someone that it's Friday and you don't have time for them. Then brush them off because they inconvenienced you. I hope you lose your job. I'm so fed up with this horrible company
