I had made an appointment at this branch to do a large wire transfer needed to close on a new home. From the moment I stepped into the bank lobby, I was greeted by several employees. James Nesseler was the person I had an appointment with and he was a super-star; right on time, friendly, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. I come to Wells Fargo a few times a week. Susan is usually always my teller. She is absolutely amazing! She always makes me feel like a valued customer. People are always quick to write a bad review because customer service is not what it should be. I assure you that if you are looking for a bank that values your membership, look no further. Thanks you, Susan for being the epitome of what customer service is!
This place truly impressed me in a positive way, they give costumer's welcome smile, treating each costumer as a valued people, offering extra help or assistance without being asked to do so. I do wish this location had ATM outside and earlier open time for assistance. Thank you.
