Only 1 teller in drive during lunch and no drive up ATM. The wait was forever.
By far the most incompetent people working the banking system at this current moment as the appointment was made at 11 AM to do a wire transfer, but they try to direct you by doing on the phone, even though we have explained thoroughly that it will request for a key fob After spending time through the phone app with the bank personnel, they find out that you have to do it through the bank personnel working there and gave us another 20 minute of time. We came up at 3:50pm to open a checking account for my son. We got turned away by a lady at the counter who said they didn’t have time for us today or tomorrow.
It’s a shame you have to make an appointment to have anything done at this location.
