Staff are excellent yet they are understaffed. But, we are grateful to the bank manage who took initiative to work with us on a fraud situation.

I would give this bank a minus 10 if I could. They have decided that a living person with an account with them is dead. They still take direct deposits and the mortgage payment but will not allow money be used in checking. Have spoke to 10 ppl just today and no one knows who or why or where they got fake info. DO NOT EVER OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH WELLS FARGO, THEY ARE LIARS, CHEATS AND WILL NEVER EVER HELP YOU.After 11 yrs of dealing with their them We are done
