I went to use the walk-up ATM to withdraw money from Wells Fargo. I approved the $3 fee and then saw a denial from the machine. I called my bank and they said nothing was wrong with my, but that I did have a transaction and fee applied to my account. The staff could not help me because they had no access to my files and told me to call their 800 number. I feel the customer service here is lacking. My bank told me to try another. Rudest bank ever! While the greeters juan and Diana sent us to the handicapped window which has a lower ledge but the debit card reader and bank teller are average height. I needed to find and carry a chair from the banking lobby as no seats were by the designated handicapped window. 4 tellers helped 6 people before I announced that we were before all those people worst Wells Fargo customer service ever they treat people with disabilities with disgrace.
