Similar experience to others with 1 star reviews that date back quite some time and seems nothing has changed. Staff was less that pleasant. Website indicated it was not busy, and people spend approximately 20 minutes there. I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for 30 years and recently moved to an area where there are no branches near me. I opened the simplest/ basic account. The representative at the branch, Nicole, ran a hard pull credit check and my score decreased 200 points. I have no outstanding credit card debt with anyone anywhere. This is inexcusable and should be illegal! Do not open an account with these people at this branch.
I just asked why my dad's online bank statements do not match the printed out copies and I couldn't get an answer. So stop outsourcing your calls and someone EXPLAIN to me why Colonial Penn was able to take 4 extra payments We Never Saw. I do Not TRUST WELLS FARGO ANYMORE
