I opened the simplest/ basic account. The representative at the branch, Nicole, ran a hard pull credit check and my score decreased 200 points. I have no outstanding credit card debt with anyone anywhere. This is inexcusable and should be illegal! Do not open an account with these people at this branch.
I just asked why my dad's online bank statements do not match the printed out copies and I couldn't get an answer. So stop outsourcing your calls and someone EXPLAIN to me why Colonial Penn was able to take 4 extra payments We Never Saw. I do Not TRUST WELLS FARGO ANYMORE
Today, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Amy C. during my visit to the bank. I had several transactions to do, and despite the busy line, Amy was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to ensure that every detail was accurate, which really made my day better.
