Just had the worst banking experience at this branch. The tellers and my "personal banker" kept shuffling me back and forth... And I had to wait at the teller's line each time. Funny thing is, I used to bank with Chase and their bankers would always go to the teller window and complete your transactions if you were working with them. When I said, I'm not waiting in line again, the lead teller Aurora, after being told by a banker to make sure I'm next, made sure she took three more customers before me. i am an old man. i deal with five banks now and have dealt with many over the years. if you want GREAT customer service, this is the place to go. many good customer service personnel, but Manpreet and Brandon are the BEST!!!!
