My experience here with Philomena and Donna (who couldn’t even provide her name to me without her back to me) was absolutely atrocious. As someone who has worked in the banking / finance industry these ladies were far from helpful. They also had insinuated that I had a fake check even though it’s issue directly from a licensed pharmacy through a licensed lawyer and it was a certified bank check! I don't know why people lose their minds over a bank; this is fine. Parking, ATM has great services, the people are polite and helpful. Sometimes it's us. I'm 30 years in retail and it goes both ways sometimes. Every exception can't be the rule; for the most part, it balances out. There are a couple of establishments in town that could pick it up a notch. I've banked in every one over the last 35 years.
