I typically use the drive-thru at this location. I've not been inside the ediface in WELL over a year. YET, I decided to enter the building today and ALL three tellers greeted me by name! They each recognized me from my having used the drive-thru. How lovely to be recognized like that! Lovely people!!! A pleasure to work with.

The quality of service at Wells Fargo has gone significantly down. In my opinion, people that hold titles should have a better grasp on handling issues and providing top quality customer service / customer experience. Well unfortunately I had a situation that was caused by a bank error and it was a nightmare to get a simple bank check. An hour and a half to get a bank check - I will be looking into a different bank.
Edit: Constant atm issues. Went to 3 different places, and all of them are down. "Cash not available at this location" Guys come the hell on already. I'm switching banks tomorrow This issue and rating is not for this bank specifically, but overall. Everywhere I go my card is declined due to "fraud detection." I've spent countless hours on the phone with these people, and they can't seam to help. They say "it's fishy how there's a charge at the shell gas station in your area" like... hello? Really does a terrible job of answering their phone, and when they do the person that answered was dismissive and rude. I cannot wait to leave this bank.
