I never ever went through this with any bank. They stopped me from using my card for no reason. When I called I was highly upset cussing and all. For a bank to stop letting me use my card for no reason. I was using the card then they going to stopped it. With all my money there. They have lost a loyal customer. Now am taking my account to someone who cares about there customers. This bank is the worst ! Never again
Very inconsistent service. Customer service is not pleasant on the phone and seems not really interested in the call or the concerns of the customer. They quote policy and not trying to help solve issues. They could learn something from Bank of America which I have started to switch my funds and direct deposits.
