Horrible customer service, I had an appointment I had made days ago. I walked in and waited for someone to check me in, the Hispanic lady with the blonde hair(she had a bun) completely ignored me every single time she would come check in other people, and to see what they needed, she helped all the people that came after me and completely ignored me every single time, she had already passed like 5 times and she hadn’t acknowledged me, I then say excuse me, she then tells me I’ll be back in a second and tries to leave again, ... read more
What happened to the consumer privacy policy?! The staff dont seem to know that that is. why are they provided personal information that doesn’t belong to them nor the payee trying to cash a check, the CFPB needs to fined them again. And upper management as always never does anything. What a joke of staff this company hires!!!
