Horrible experience Stole mo why from my account
Called my local store and the main number to address an issue, both tellers were rude as can be. When I opened my account, I was told that if I deposit a check inside, that my money would be available immediately. I deposited 2 checks and cash. None of my deposited money is available. Both checks combined didn't equal 200$. While on the phone, I logged onto my account to see what was available, but both of them argued that my cash money was available now, and my checks will be in the morning. Wells Fargo is the worst when it comes to setting up direct deposit, as well as keeping the mobile website updated. I would NOT recommend this bank to anyone!
