Literally the worst bank there is. Everytime I go in there to do anything Cynthia always has a bad attitude and always tells customers they are wrong. She needs to have a meeting or something with the boss to get that attitude in check. This has been the 3rd time she has had a problem within the past month. I get working with customers that can be problematic at times, but I come in there with a smile and always nice, she doesn't have to be so rude.
Absolutely love this branch! The customer service is great, whether you need help with a deposit, withdrawal, new accounts etc this is the place to go. I prefer this location because of the staffs friendly attitude and their professionalism.
