Hidden fees bad customer service.
Zero reviews if I could. I have been a loyal wellsfargo member for well over 20 years. I went to deposit cash through the drive through ATM. It only credited me half and didn't credit me the other half. We are talking well over $1000 dollars here. I IMMEDIATELY went inside the branch to let them know and open a claim. They said they were not longer able to go out to the ATM and check for a balance mismatch that it is now done by an outside company. They close at 5:00pm I was there at 3:45 to open an additional account and they said they were busy to come next day, only one person waiting and didn’t have enough time to help me. I went to chase across st and there were 5 people in front of me and didn’t hesite to add me to the waiting list. Chase thank you. I have transferred all my accounts to chase.
