The branch manager by the name of Katrina Pacheco at the Westwood Shopping Center Wells Fargo is completely uneducated and utterly disrespectful. The BRANCH MANAGER told me one of my tenants security deposit check was fraudulent due to such a high amount. Very misinterpreted and unprofessional to consider a landlord of commercial property fraudulent. I guess landlords are frauds, thank you Katrina. Best of luck to you, I called your corporate office. I hope you are put into a better position outside of the banking industry.

I was at the ATM yesterday had a man pull out a huge pistol and pointed it at me and my wife after honking and being hostile at the atm. I called the manager and told her what happened she apologized sincerely and explained that they have had a lot of issues with fraud at the atm lately.
