I called 4 different Wells Fargo & no one would help answer my questions or even answer the phone. Katrina was extremely helpful and took the time to explain this clearly.
The branch manager by the name of Katrina Pacheco at the Westwood Shopping Center Wells Fargo is completely uneducated and utterly disrespectful. The BRANCH MANAGER told me one of my tenants security deposit check was fraudulent due to such a high amount. Very misinterpreted and unprofessional to consider a landlord of commercial property fraudulent. I guess landlords are frauds, thank you Katrina. Best of luck to you, I called your corporate office. I hope you are put into a better position outside of the banking industry.
