Nicky went out of her way to be helpful and so kind!
The older white lady teller is a horrible person. She talks to people like they are her children and she is rude. Everyone else is so wonderful , kind and courteous. I will not come back to this location. I will drive 2 more miles to go the location in Raeford.
I went in after work on my way home to cash my check with all my forms of ID and a company check. Only to be treated as a criminal... I waited at least 30 mins for some tall white guy and some Arab looking lady to scrutinize my documents. This is the worst bank experience in my life. I was treated like a thief fraudster and a crook. I've been through check screenings before for verification but never has it been this horrible. I personally felt some type of racial way from the old white blond lady in the back I was trying to deposit a check for my friend on 5/7/2025 At around 3:50 pm she wouldn’t take my deposit slip and told me I need some more info. I just left and went to another bank with the same deposit slip they deposit it right away
