I went in after work on my way home to cash my check with all my forms of ID and a company check. Only to be treated as a criminal... I waited at least 30 mins for some tall white guy and some Arab looking lady to scrutinize my documents. This is the worst bank experience in my life. I was treated like a thief fraudster and a crook. I've been through check screenings before for verification but never has it been this horrible. I personally felt some type of racial way from the old white blond lady in the back I was trying to deposit a check for my friend on 5/7/2025 At around 3:50 pm she wouldn’t take my deposit slip and told me I need some more info. I just left and went to another bank with the same deposit slip they deposit it right away
On Tuesday, 03.18.25, at about 3pm, I went inside of this branch to request a Cash Advance. In less than a minute, she said, "My advance was declined". Not knowing that I had just contacted my Cardholder before I went in. The teller refused to do my transaction. Didn't receive a nofication, nor did my cardholder have a record of this decline
They are always nice and friendly here. A big shout out to Mr Vinson. I have been taking care of a Estate and run into problems . Mr Vinson has alway gone the extra mile to help me. He has made a stressful time for me a lot easier. I'm thankful that he has been there to help me. Because of him I opened my business account with Wells Fargo. And will open more accounts once the Estate is taken care. Thanks for your help Mr Vinson and the rest of the team at this location
Come in to pay off old account takes an hour for 1 transaction still didn't get it fixed all teller wants to do is talk and drink takes 4 people to figure it out waste of time
