I have been a customer of this branch since 1992, first when it was another bank and stayed when it became Wells Fargo. The white lady in this branch is TERRIBLE!!! She treats everyone like criminals and she talks down to people. I left went to the branch off of McPherson Rd and they were AWESOME!!! I will never go back to this branch and am honestly thinking of moving all of my accounts to Trust Bank
I deposited a check this morning at an outside ATM. I don't use ATMs often because I prefer interacting with people. Depositing this check was so smooth; at the end, I was asked about what kind of receipt I wanted. I was offered 6 options. I chose printed receipt with the image of the check. Yes!
