I go to this bank on a daily basis for my business the tellers are great. Simone is awesome. But I will never go into this location for personal reasons again. The banker Rochelle would not help me in anyway. I'm trying to buy a house and needed my bank statement date stamped and she absolutely refused to help me or figure out a solution. But all I had to do was go to a different location which did what I asked in two seconds. Don't lie about your policies.
I just wanted to share how pleased we were with the care received by a lady at the Wyoming and Paseo branch. We opened out account and were with our toddler and baby, sbd not only was she quick and friendly, but took social care to make our daughter feel special and encouraged me to nurse their stating big to feel awkward about it. This is rare for a public institution. My daughter played with balls and crayons given to get by this staff member, and was talked to like a real person. Thank you.
