Have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 10 years but because of my recent experiences with this branch location as well as their joke of a claims department in general, I will be switching banks. They do not value their customers.

There was a small line when I entered late on a Friday. While in line, I was approached by a pleasant employee who helped me while I waited in line. She was very helpful, and then went behind the counter to help lessen the line...and helped me there too. I might end up opening an account there because of her (Yaraliza).
