The only Wells Fargo location I didn’t enjoy going to..
Too bad there aren't zero stars as a selection. This branch of Wells Fargo has the worst customer service ever. In the past year I have had to have several documents notarized and every time I go there they tell me the notary is not in in and they will be in the next day and then they're not in the next day. 2 days ago I was there, they told me he was out but would be in at 9 the next morning, I got there @ 9:45 and the manager told me he was out for an appt and he would be back at 11:00 and this wouldn't have happened if I ... read more

What a joke. Went in to close and open an account due to fraud. There were no customers in the bank and 5 employees. They told me I would have to make an appointment. I asked if they had anything later that day. They told me they were normally booked up for 2 weeks.
