This bank have alot of issue.1st time they my card lost and send me 2 cards which I didn't know about so I had go to bank get money out my account. 2nd time close my account which they still have opening without my knowledge smh
I’ve banked with Wells Fargo my entire life, but little experiences like this make me consider switching banks. I live 15-20 minutes from the branch in town, so it’s always a trip for me to go to the bank. I got caught by the bridge today, so despite leaving my house to be at the branch well before they closed at noon, I parked as the clock ticked over to 12:00 o’clock. They went the extra mile to service my needs as a foreigner trying to open a bankaccount in the usa. Which was highly appreciated as other banks have been very resistant. Id had to supply two forms of id and a proof of adres. But i did not need a ssn or itin. So a big thumbs up for forward thinking Wells Fargo. They respect laws as well as customers. 5*
Corporate found out what a terrible bank branch they were. There culture was terrible and some people were really bad. Top management took very strong action to make massive corrections. There been some quick good changes but not completely there yet but much better. I promised senior Management that I would give new situation a chance and school is still out. This branch is not typical of Excellent Wells in general.
They're remodeling inside, and whatever improvements they're trying to make, it's working. Had a great friendly experience when I did not expect to.
