Very helpful staff. Good choice of credit cards with benefits
I have banked at Wells Fargo for over 30 years, but have never left a review. I haven’t even considered it. But I went into this branch to have something notarized and the banker that helped me (his name is Jeb) was one of the most pleasant I have met. I don’t know why it struck me on a random Tuesday to leave a review over something like this, but the experience was just very pleasant.

Very unprofessional bank. I put myself on a list to make a wire transfer. The woman who came in after me was taken first. She did not have an appointment. Waited an hour to do a wire transfer. I appear to not be cute enough for the male banker. Time to find a more customer centered bank
