I have banked at Wells Fargo for over 30 years, but have never left a review. I haven’t even considered it. But I went into this branch to have something notarized and the banker that helped me (his name is Jeb) was one of the most pleasant I have met. I don’t know why it struck me on a random Tuesday to leave a review over something like this, but the experience was just very pleasant.

Very unprofessional bank. I put myself on a list to make a wire transfer. The woman who came in after me was taken first. She did not have an appointment. Waited an hour to do a wire transfer. I appear to not be cute enough for the male banker. Time to find a more customer centered bank
Worse customer service. We went there yesterday. We came for notary services. We thought all Well Fargos banks work the same. Usually, we would come in and wait to be seen by personal bankers. Instead, We were instructed to get into the teller line to check in ( just a little weird because they know we don’t deposit or with draw but still want us to check in even the tellers don’t do notary, but it’s fine, we don’t mind to follow their instructions) until 15 minutes later while in line other bank staff ask us why we came in.... read more
