I just went there to add my son to my account as beneficiary- the youn man up front told me every service person was busy. One woman was there -he asked her if she could see me (it was 11:30) her reply was “ No, I have an appointment at 1pm). He told me to return at 3pm. I said no. I went to the WF by Food Lion in Okatie where GiGi helped me immediately and it took 5 minutes!
Hire someone for reception who can exclusively direct customers and answer the phone. Covid is over, let's get more personnal.
Not a good experience. Met with personal banker for 1 1/2 hours. Tried to open a CD. Banker made mistake after mistake. Exited Wells Fargo frustrated and with no CD.
I went in for a simple account opening, the teller pointed for me to have a seat and wait. Perfectly fine, the Gentleman comes over and there was another lady in front of me and he asks both of us of our needs. We both were opening an account. It took all of 8 minutes with her, he then walks back up to me and says there wasn’t a spot open for me, did I want to make an appointment. Yes what I’m about to say maybe be our fault and everything… Basically my mom went inside the bank to check in money to her debit card she accidentally left her card inside she was either distracted or looking at the screen as in says have a wonderful day. When we went to go get something to eat she remembers i try to contact the bank didn’t get an answer or nothing… We came back to the bank and it was just two mins late.
