Not a good experience. Met with personal banker for 1 1/2 hours. Tried to open a CD. Banker made mistake after mistake. Exited Wells Fargo frustrated and with no CD.
I went in for a simple account opening, the teller pointed for me to have a seat and wait. Perfectly fine, the Gentleman comes over and there was another lady in front of me and he asks both of us of our needs. We both were opening an account. It took all of 8 minutes with her, he then walks back up to me and says there wasn’t a spot open for me, did I want to make an appointment. Yes what I’m about to say maybe be our fault and everything… Basically my mom went inside the bank to check in money to her debit card she accidentally left her card inside she was either distracted or looking at the screen as in says have a wonderful day. When we went to go get something to eat she remembers i try to contact the bank didn’t get an answer or nothing… We came back to the bank and it was just two mins late. After reading some of the NEGATIVE reviews I've concluded the fault most often lies with the customer. I've banked here for eight years and have never had a bad experience. I rarely have to wait long even if I'm the sixth or seventh customer in line. Often I've been in without another customer and have the pleasure of being greeted immediately. Rude customer service. I’ve been a client for over ten years and they couldn’t be bothered with exchanging $50 bills for $100 bills. Pathetic.
