Great customer service
This has been my father's bank for years and they treat him well and keep him informed of his access to his satisfaction.
Great customer service. A friendly lady instantly greeted me and offered assistance, and was extremely helpful and efficient.
I just went there to add my son to my account as beneficiary- the youn man up front told me every service person was busy. One woman was there -he asked her if she could see me (it was 11:30) her reply was “ No, I have an appointment at 1pm). He told me to return at 3pm. I said no. I went to the WF by Food Lion in Okatie where GiGi helped me immediately and it took 5 minutes!
