Almost lost $100, teller got my money. Counted it, then asked how much I had. I said $500. Then she preceded to turn on another counting machine and recounted the money. Printed out the receipt. Gave us $500 in 100 bills. I realized that it was suppose to be $600 because I had just did a return for a thing. Ran back in, she counted all her money. Said one 100 dollar bill dropped on the floor. Even though, I gave her 20’s and 10’s.
I want to give a shout out and say thank you to Haidee for her help this morning! I was dealing with a complicated personal situation in which I needed proof of closure of every bank account I ever had. I couldn’t get into the app anymore, and the closure was long enough ago where I wasn’t in their system. She took her time to hand craft a letter with all the specifics of the information my situation required. This was an enormous relief and I am so grateful for the time she spent helping me out this morning.
