I want to give a shout out and say thank you to Haidee for her help this morning! I was dealing with a complicated personal situation in which I needed proof of closure of every bank account I ever had. I couldn’t get into the app anymore, and the closure was long enough ago where I wasn’t in their system. She took her time to hand craft a letter with all the specifics of the information my situation required. This was an enormous relief and I am so grateful for the time she spent helping me out this morning.
I'd like to give a big shout out to Mirna Haddad. I've lived in PA for about a year now from NJ and she truly has gone above and beyond for me. She helped me with my phone's online banking, answered every question I've had, and promptly fixes any problems I come across clearly and concisely. She has tremendous patience and I greatly appreciate her and this branch's efforts!
