I take back my negative review. Norma, Anita & Bernadette helped me today. Staying even after hours to ensure I was taken care of. Definitely restored my warm fuzzy feeling having the whole team working for me.
I have been using them for 2+ years every week because its convenient but terrible experience at this place. Constantly issues. I really hope Wells Fargo changes something there.
Terrible, worst Wells Fargo I've been to. Bankers talk to each other and we get no help.
The worst customer service! Unwilling to help me deposit money into an account for someone out of town without their account number. Had a person authorized on the account on the telephone. Still refused to help. Very disappointed. Would not recommend this branch to anyone.
