Well seems nothing changes at this location. Numerous times this month I have tried to call branch to deal with important matters & NEVER does anyone ever answer the phone EVER. Sadly even when the main Wells Fargo tries to call them internally also I sit on hold for 15 mins waiting & nothing. I am truly thankful this is NOT a bank I personally do any business with. It should be closed down if the reviews speak volumes
I have been a loyal customer for more than 5 years and today I made the decision to try to open credit and what I receive is mediocre service, I made an appointment and when I arrived for my appointment what I received was contempt from the lady who attended me, she left me waiting, I think my money and my time are worth it too, thanks for nothing.
I avoid this branch like the plague...usually only one teller available with 10 people waiting in line
