I had an appointment scheduled for 3:30 PM to open a new account, but I was never seen. After checking in with the front clerks, I waited patiently for approximately 40 minutes. During that time, another individual arrived without an appointment and was taken in before me by another staff member. Well seems nothing changes at this location. Numerous times this month I have tried to call branch to deal with important matters & NEVER does anyone ever answer the phone EVER. Sadly even when the main Wells Fargo tries to call them internally also I sit on hold for 15 mins waiting & nothing. I am truly thankful this is NOT a bank I personally do any business with. It should be closed down if the reviews speak volumes
I have been a loyal customer for more than 5 years and today I made the decision to try to open credit and what I receive is mediocre service, I made an appointment and when I arrived for my appointment what I received was contempt from the lady who attended me, she left me waiting, I think my money and my time are worth it too, thanks for nothing.
I avoid this branch like the plague...usually only one teller available with 10 people waiting in line
