I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for over 25 years and I can say that this is the worst Wells Fargo branch I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. Staff there is lazy and inattentive. This is the worst Wells Fargo branch ever. Please avoid going there. Go to Chase. I went to this location to set up a business account with a bonus offer Wells Fargo sent me in the mail. I brought all my relevant business documents for a legitimate business. The lady took my documents and said they needed additional approvals. Terrible service, the women are very rude, unpleasant, when I try to open an account with them, they are rude to me and act stupid and can do it online! Terrible service, you are losing clients by hiring mean people!!!
I have walked into this location 3 times trying to speak to a human. This time I had an appointment scheduled. The DMV in white plains has friendlier and more helpful people (and significantly more foot traffic). The individual bankers (not tellers) are incredibly unfriendly and very uninterested in doing business. I'm 20 years Wells Fargo customer.
