This is the worst Wells Fargo branch ever. Please avoid going there. Go to Chase. I went to this location to set up a business account with a bonus offer Wells Fargo sent me in the mail. I brought all my relevant business documents for a legitimate business. The lady took my documents and said they needed additional approvals. After a week I check back in and then was told that the employee that was helping me went on leave and is not coming back for months. Terrible service, the women are very rude, unpleasant, when I try to open an account with them, they are rude to me and act stupid and can do it online! Terrible service, you are losing clients by hiring mean people!!!
I have walked into this location 3 times trying to speak to a human. This time I had an appointment scheduled. The DMV in white plains has friendlier and more helpful people (and significantly more foot traffic). The individual bankers (not tellers) are incredibly unfriendly and very uninterested in doing business. I'm 20 years Wells Fargo customer. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 15 years. I was pleased to know they have a Notary as I had a Form from the White Plains Building Department that needed to be notarized. I met with Rhonda who first told me I was not the one who needed to sign it was the other name on the Document. I walked in the heat to bring back the Architect to then have Rhonda tells us she would now not notarize the form. Her lack of understanding was concerning and demeaner unprofessional.
