I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 15 years. I was pleased to know they have a Notary as I had a Form from the White Plains Building Department that needed to be notarized. I met with Rhonda who first told me I was not the one who needed to sign it was the other name on the Document. I walked in the heat to bring back the Architect to then have Rhonda tells us she would now not notarize the form. Her lack of understanding was concerning and demeaner unprofessional. I experienced extremely unprofessional behavior from a manager at Wells Fargo who violated customer service standards. This individual was arrogant, attempted to breach privacy, acted beyond his authority, and showed a lack of accountability. When confronted, he was dismissive and displayed a nonchalant attitude. I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for over 25 years and I can say that this is the worst Wells Fargo branch I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. Staff there is lazy and inattentive. Go literally anywhere else for your Wells Fargo needs
