Helen has been wonderful to work with. There were some bumps in the road and she and her supervisor helped smooth those out. No organization is perfect but in the end Wells Fargo did the right thing.
Absolutely unacceptable experience with Wells Fargo. We have been with Wells Fargo for more than 20 years but this is the last straw. We will not bank there anymore. Our good balance accounts were closed overnight without warning or valid explanation. This is after repeated incompetences with paperwork mess ups several times before that. When we contacted the bank, instead of urgency or accountability, we were given a case number and told it could take weeks to resolve.
