Helen has been wonderful to work with. There were some bumps in the road and she and her supervisor helped smooth those out. No organization is perfect but in the end Wells Fargo did the right thing.
Absolutely unacceptable experience with Wells Fargo. We have been with Wells Fargo for more than 20 years but this is the last straw. We will not bank there anymore. Our good balance accounts were closed overnight without warning or valid explanation. This is after repeated incompetences with paperwork mess ups several times before that. I'm on my daughter checking account my name I take care of her bills. I couldn't get a loan to pay her rent and do everything applying for the loan and sign for it I'm on her account. My daughter has mental issues and doesn't do anything for herself. Unfair to get anything done at places when my daughter doesn't leave the apartment to do anything for herself and has mental issues.
Place scamm Closed account without permission day I started new job want me open a new account with 100$ open fee have not done anything about the fraud on my account always say I made the transaction they have giving out my information recently and when I called about money being taken out that i did notautherize and did not give out my information to these companies ive never herd off my account was cosed next day they are sammers
