Only one person serving people
Took 10 minutes to get ahold of somebody. All they want to know is the rate is rate is at least 2 to 3% lower than anybody else in the area. It's a good thing. I have my mortgage through Wells Fargo. Which is very low rate.I am very disappointed
I had a deeply disappointing experience with branch manager Jesusita Morales. She provided me with incorrect information regarding my account, which directly led to fees being charged. When I followed up to address the issue, rather than taking responsibility or offering a solution, she denied what had previously been discussed and misrepresented the situation.
