OK Company I had billing issues with the company but I called the district manager and it was resolved quickly. They seemed really concerned about my issue.
No Customer Service I opened an account and had 43,000 from another bank wired into the account. They promptly froze the account because they needed to verify that I was a customer!
long lines this bank is great, the customer service is good. but be preparred to wait in line its always busy no matter what time, they need more tellers and a bigger branch. other then that they are good.
Best mall in the area I must sy I do not go to this mall enough. It is so great. Every store and more is there, along with resturants and more. There is also an imax theatre a short drive away. A definite world class mall. PROS: Big, Big, Big!! CONS: should be even bigger!
Best Mall ever I am spoiled, living near the mall, but it really is amazing. When I go to other malls now I cannot even believe how small they seem. King of Prussia mall has more retial space than any other mall in the country. You can visit their website at www.kingofprussiamall.com. Their list of stores is so long that there cannot possible visit each in one day. I recommend that everyone visit at least once. PROS: Biggest selection ever. CONS: None.
Worst Customer Experience For anyone who banks in Greenville, South Carolina - NEVER use the Downtown branch of Wells Fargo. The customer service by MANAGEMENT is the MOST horrible service EVER!!! Specifically S. Neil McCraw, the "manager" should be immediately fired.
Great Branch Wells Fargo is the holder of pretty much all my financial accounts. I have my debit and credit card through here, and my car loan and student loan. I never had a problem with them so I never had a reason to question them, or change banks. Plus, this specific branch has nothing but friendly people working it. Good bank overall.
