Took my mother to the bank to deposit her retirement check. She wanted to cash it first and the teller said no because it was from a different bank. That's a lie. Well's Fargo does cash checks issued by other banks. All tellers need to know this. If it happens again, we'll be filing a discrimination lawsuit.
I don’t know what is about this branch, but the stuff if least helpful from surrounding branches. Also, Don’t know why this particular branch has longest check deposit hold on the $$.
Received great customer service on 11/16/24-Sat from teller Swastika. Had to get $40 in one dollar bills to insert in a bday card. I’ve done this in the past & get whatever dollar bills the teller hands me but not this time. Swastika made sure each dollar was nice & crisp :)
Used the ATM had the disabled parking right in front of it.
