Received great customer service on 11/16/24-Sat from teller Swastika. Had to get $40 in one dollar bills to insert in a bday card. I’ve done this in the past & get whatever dollar bills the teller hands me but not this time. Swastika made sure each dollar was nice & crisp :)
Used the ATM had the disabled parking right in front of it.
Great if you want to walk in and open an account and sit for an hour in the lobby being ignored
I cannot thank Sherry Ouimet-Torrano enough for her exceptional service at Wells Fargo Bank on Lone Tree Way. I had to arrange a donation wire on very short notice, something our Girl Scouts have been working on, and Sherry went above and beyond to make it happen seamlessly. I have been doing wire transfers in the past. The lady that took care of my needs, was absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, profesional and helpful. Unfortunately, lately, I have to deal with a different representative which doesn't know what she's doing, is not a profesional nor is interested in asking others for assistance.
