How is the in and out everything worked great. And my business banker is always there to help.
This branch needs to have all employees go through customer service and business functionality training. I am utterly shocked how they allow the lines of the branch to wrap around the building. Waited in line for 45 minutes. When I banked at Bank of America or Chase the branch manager or other bankers would pull easy transactions to assist the line and customers. Can’t understand how anyone thinks the way they run their branch is OK. The customer certainly doesn’t come first there.
Very slow location, one or 2 tellers max for a long line. Recommending Brentwood location!
I have yet to come to this location and waited less than 30 minutes to be helped. I've tried different times and days of the week and received the same results. They are severely under staffed and it doesn't seem to bother them at all. No help, no apology for continuous lengthy waits, and since it's been like this for months, so it doesn't seem like they have a plan for change either.
