Absolute worst customer service on top of being extremely slow no matter what kind of transaction. Bankers don’t even acknowledge you or try to assist in any way. Will never step foot in that branch ever again.
Very long delays for investigation incase of a suspicion. Accounts are block without terminating the investigation and without discussing the details with the customets
