SO USELESS. I get told that my retirement check is going to be mailed out ten days after I called. I called on 8/27. I called on 9/15 to check and make sure it was mailed out .. find out that they just put it in the mail on 9/14. glad you guys feel so comfortable taking your sweet old time in getting me my money. not like I needed that or anything.

Very unethical... I went to cash a check there because the lady I got the check from Banks there the stupid teller had the nerve to ask me if I had a friend helping me out with money bitch that is none of your damn business! I told her as if it's any of your business very unethical
