I've dealt with Wells Fargo for over 30 years and I think there customer service is VERY poor...and the last time I was physically in a branch I talked to a young lady and told her since I had closed my checking and only had a savings account that I needed a debit card to be able to make withdrawals I'd necessary...JUST A DEBIT CARD was all I was asking for!!! Well didn't she end up signing me up for a credit card...!!!!????? So now I have a Wells Fargo Visa card which I didn't want or need and have never even activated it!... read more
