Absolute trash service. They should close this down. Rude staff one teller during lunch hour and the other one hanging out playing manager. Can’t even have deposit slips out? Don’t bank here.
I've dealt with Wells Fargo for over 30 years and I think there customer service is VERY poor...and the last time I was physically in a branch I talked to a young lady and told her since I had closed my checking and only had a savings account that I needed a debit card to be able to make withdrawals I'd necessary...JUST A DEBIT CARD was all I was asking for!!! Well didn't she end up signing me up for a credit card...!!!!????? 🙄 So now I have a Wells Fargo Visa card which I didn't want or need and have never even activated i... read more
